コタイジェットしばらく欠航？

１１月３０日にオープンしたタイパ臨時フェリーターミナル（氹仔臨時客運碼頭＝北安碼頭）と香港を結ぶ新航路ですが、しばらくの間欠航になりそうです。
この新航路の経営権をめぐって新規参入できなかった西北航運快線有限公司から訴訟を起こされている為です。
タイパ臨時フェリーターミナル（氹仔臨時客運碼頭＝北安碼頭）のオープンが遅れた理由として、香港側の行政手続きが遅れているというのが理由でしたが、実際には新航路の利権でゴタゴタがおこっているのが原因という話を聞いておりました。
まだ決着が着いてなかったようです。
関連訴訟は今なお審議中の為、しばらく裁決が下りそうもない状態です。
開港約２週間にして、しばらく運航停止せざるおえない状態となりました。

Unfortunately, due to circumstances beyond our control, The Cotai Strip CotaiJetTM services between Taipa Temporary Ferry Terminal, Macau and Hong Kong Macau Ferry Terminal will be suspended as of 8:30 am on Tuesday, 11 December 2007 until further notice.

Please be assured that we are working to resume The Cotai Strip CotaiJetTM service as soon as possible. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience suffered by our passengers who have booked tickets on our ferry services or planning to travel with us in the near future.

For passengers holding tickets for our ferry services who have purchased tickets through CCKS at one of the ferry ticket counters or through Venetian Travel Limited, the concierge counters of The Venetian® Macao-Resort-Hotel and Sands Macao Hotel, you have the option of:

1. Retaining the ticket for travel at a future date; or
2. Refund of purchase price paid from one of our ticketing counters.

For passengers holding tickets purchased via www.CotaiJet.com.mo, please contact CCKS who will be able to provide a refund of the purchase price or arrange alternative travel.
